By placing an order on christmasluminance.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed to ensure quick and efficient handling. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations after an order is confirmed.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their selections, quantities, and details before finalizing a purchase. If you have questions or need assistance prior to placing an order, please contact our support team at [email protected].

2. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return within 35 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted for unwanted items, incorrect items, or defective items.
  • Please contact our support team before returning any product to receive the correct return address.

NOTE
Do not return items to the address printed on the shipping label. This is not our return address, and we will not be able to process refunds for unapproved returns.

3. Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the arrival date of your order. Within this time, you must provide photo evidence of any damaged or faulty items. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability.
  • Lost packages in unsecured delivery locations, if confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier.
  • Orders that customers refuse to accept.
  • Shipping fees, once items have been shipped, are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund officially appears.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.
